Well received from initial front of house through to the proprietor. Recieved refreshments on two occasions. Work carried out as requested, inspection revealed two new tyres and a diagnosis of a steering problem. Parts ordered for steering.

The arrangements for providing a loan car while mine was in for repair was a shambles. Due to the nature of my work I needed to have a loan car no later than 10.00am.It didn't arrive on 3 occasions until lunch time. return of my car was very late

Hi on my resent service appontment I left the car into the garage at 9.45am for a brake fluid change and arranged to pick it up at 4pm however I had to wait a further 45mins of the car to be ready which I thought was a long time.

After a small service in Feb 26, service light came on within a week after being told that should be it for a year. Full service then in July, very strange. Service light back on within 48 hrs. After getting full green indications on all parts.

Extremely disappointed. It took three and a half weeks to repair the car, far too long. Every time I rang for an update no one was available and no one rang me back when they said they would. Had to ring five times one day for an update.
