I contacted my local dealership in November, after I received a vehicle safety recall notice. They told me that they would get back to me. I'm still waiting!! I've heard absolutely nothing from them unfortunately.

A vehicle health check was sent clearly outlining any work needing undertaken and the additional cost of this work. Followed up with call to confirm we were happy to proceed. Car was returned on time and spotlessly clean.

I have always used this centre and I usually get a loan car during service or repairs. This time I didn't so I lost 5 hours of my day as I had 3 hours travelling to and from the centre and 2 hours sitting waiting there during the repairs. 5 hrs lost.

My 3 week old X5 broke down. It was sent to the Country Garage by BMW recovery. I phoned 3 times to find out the problem with why the car had a 'drivetrain fault'. I never received a clear answer other than there were pages of technicians report.
