Local Golfing Talent Tom McKibbin Hopes to Avoid The Rough in His New X3 From The Country Garage

Local European Tour Golfer from Galgorm Castle Golf Club, Tom McKibbin's dreams of playing golf at the highest level have been boosted as he has now secured his DP World Tour card as one of 20 coveted spots. Tom’s season on this year's challenge tour has been nothing short of sensational. At his most recent event Tom finished a brilliant 6th equal at the Rolex Challenge Tour in Mallorca and the 19-year-old is off to the Joburg Open in a fortnight’s time where we wish him even more success.

The Newtownabbey golfer has enjoyed a terrific season on the road to Mallorca with seven top tens, including a runner up finish at the Irish Challenge, and he believes the European Challenge Tour has provided him with the perfect grounding to achieve success.

Tom McKibbin popped in with us today to collect his new X3 xDrive20d M Sport as part of a a new Support Agreement. He commented: "I'm still on a bit of a high really after finishing equal 6th at The Rolex Challenge in Mallorca last time out on the tour. This is another high and I'm delighted to be picking up my new BMW X3 from The Country Garage Ballymena and strive to meet my ambition to play at the highest level'
